What Information We Collect
When you submit a contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
When you request listing information through our third-party platform DealRelations (dealrelations.com), you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving confidential listing materials. That process is governed by DealRelations’ own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
When you visit our website we automatically collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type, and traffic source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics to track site usage patterns. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. You can opt out at any time via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Functional cookies may be set if you log in to the site or leave a comment. These store session information and expire within two days to two weeks depending on your login preferences.

How Long We Retain Your Data
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 settings. NDA and listing inquiry records are retained in compliance with BC real estate record-keeping requirements under RESA.
Your Rights Under PIPEDA
As a Canadian resident you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data collection
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
