The Chase Country Inn is an excellent package, it offers 22 units, a main floor manager’s, a licensed 41 seat restaurant with a patio all situated on over 1 acre. There is plenty of a parking, some fruit trees and garden areas.

The Chase Country Inn is an ideal motel for those seeking a decent sized community with several amenities and yet close to major centers like Kamloops or Salmon Arm. The area is popular with travelers, tourists, businesspeople, sports teams etc.

There is currently road construction on Highway 1, it appears the four laning of the highway may change the current access to the motel from its current location to a little further south, but it will be much safer for travelers! According to the BC Government website this project will be completed in the fall of 2023.

There is opportunity for more business, the motel is semi-closed in Jan to Feb, serves guests with reservation only. Current owner currently puts the “No Vacancy” sign up at 10 pm.
