Plato Island Resort

The resort is located about 1.5 hours from Williams Lake, 4 hours from Kamloops and 45 minutes from the community of Horsefly.

Plato Island Resort is situated on 10 plus acres, the site is sloped and west facing, the resort area is relatively flat and allows easy use of the area for guests.

There are about 50 RV sites, that have water service, there is a sani dump and guest are responsible for their own power. The 2022 season has 34 have the sites rented on a seasonal basis.

Included in the sale is foreshore lease for the marina, which has room for approximately 40 boats, typically around 30 slips are rented on a seasonal basis. The marina also supplies fuel for boats, there is aboveground fuel tank and pump on the dock.

A favorite with the guests of the resort are the 5 cabins, they are fully equipped with kitchens, decks, barbeques, and newly renovated bathrooms.
