Located about 500 meters North of Kalamalka Lake along Vernon Creek, Dutch’s has over 90 camping sites along Vernon Creek. There is a golf course just to the north, and downtown Vernon is a 10-minute drive.

The property is situated on about 4 acres of C-1 and C-2 zoned land. There are two separate titles. There maybe opportunity to redevelop the property.

Most of the sites are water and power or tenting / camping sites. There are 25 sites that have power, water and sewer. Dutch’s is a year-round campsite and has several monthly customers.
