Situated on nearly 1 acre of land the motel has two accesses off Skaha and because it backs onto a lane, it has access from the back of the property as well.

The motel consists of two concrete block and wood frame buildings, both are 2 storeys. There is a central outdoor pool in the courtyard.

The clientele is a mix of both daily and long terms stays, the motel offers clean and affordable accommodations.
